Hidden Beach Resort - Welcome Home  - Opening June 15, 2020

The staff at HB was incredibly polite and friendly. Truly a pleasure to stay there.

A great big thank you to Gary and Terrie for their professionalism and graciousness. We had a long day coming in due to flight issues but things went smoothly once we arrived. The resort was very nice and the staff was excellent in every way. The food was delicious and well presented each day and of course, all of the refreshments that were of the liquid variety did the job as intended. Hello to staff members Roberto, Angel, Pedro, Esperanza, and of course Jose. It was nice to meet some of the Castaways group as we did not get to meet everyone this trip. A fun-loving bunch and they like to party, it was nice to see so many people having a good time. Once again, thanks to Gary and Terrie for their work and care for all of us.

The Hidden Beach staff is amazing. The new activities director, Jose, was great. He kept us laughing and made everything more fun. The bar staff was attentive and warm, especially David and Esperanza. The chef, Alberto, was incredibly accommodating to our vegetarian needs. He happily prepared meals for us and went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful time. Great service. Great experience.  We plan to book at a minimum annually.  We also met some nice people. We may be included in their group emails (random people that have continually enjoyed Hidden Beach).  We will also look at other events and trips that Castaway includes in its emails.

We did not eat any where other than Hidden Beach. The food at Hidden Beach was excellent so we had no desire to go anywhere else. Besides, we had no desire to put on clothing when we didn’t have to. The sexy lingerie show was interesting – first time I have been to such a show where the audience wore less clothing than the entertainers.
Mostly we stayed at Hidden Beach and enjoyed relaxing for a week

Very good people to work with. We missed our flight and had to take one the next day. Castaways and Hidden Beach rescheduled our arrival and departure time by one day without charge.

Lori did a great job helping us get transportation from a different resort in Cancun to Hidden Beach.  Usually, it's transport from the airport and she went out of her way to set it up. We really appreciate that from her.We walked over to Sensimar (El Dorado Seaside Suites) but didn't spend much time there or try the restaurants. The vibe was completely different from HBR. At HBR the staff and all the guests always are very friendly and give some sort of greeting even when just passing by, but at the "clothes minded" Sensimar Resort (next door) it was very quiet in that way, even by the pool. Everyone was quiet - not really conversing with others. Needless to say we really enjoyed the atmosphere and activities at HBR and couldn't see why you would want to leave, other than for the nude cruise that we went on. (Wednesdays usually).  That was great especially the nude snorkeling.  We will do that again.We need to start planning next years trip.

Thank you for the follow up email,  We had an amazing time last week. Terrie and Gary were fantastic hosts, They have such a flare for entertaining folks. Our flights were delayed and Gary made sure to notify Lomas Travel (airport transfers) so that our transportation to the resort was uninterrupted. Gary also did a great job on the day of the catamaran trip, He made sure everyone was present and accounted for at all times and helped folks get on the boat after lunch.   The wind was strong so they weren’t able to keep the boat close enough to shore.  Some folks had a little difficulty with the re-boarding process but with Gary helped everyone safely return to the boat and had a great time.  Now, let’s talk about Terrie, Geeze that girl has style and she was so helpful. I had a lot of questions since we hadn’t done a group get away and she gave me some great pointers and reminders about anniversary parties and special dinners.  I just can’t say enough about these two, they rocked it!   Hidden Beach, the resort, the staff…. Nothing to say but WOW! Loved them the first two times we were there and we certainly weren’t disappointed on this trip…Combine Castaways, HB and Terrie and Gary and DOUBLE WOW!  Thank you Thank you Thank you, EVERYONE!!

Our vacation at Hidden Beach was simply perfect. The staff was warm and welcoming and the service was excellent. The accommodations were lovely and the swim up suite was especially enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing and romantic and the other guests were very friendly. The property at Hidden beach was well maintained and everything was very clean. We also visited the El Dorado resort next door which is not clothing optional but is beautiful and has several restaurants to choose from (all included for the hidden beach guests). Most of the food was really delicious with the exception of one particular meal at the Italian restaurant- the pork Osso Buco was terrible but the other selections were very good. We had a lot of fun at Hidden Beach but they could use some better scheduled activities. They did have a cocktail demonstration at the pool and a cooking class which were great and fun. They could use more things like that. As this was our first nude style vacation, we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our time at Hidden Beach and would absolutely love to go there again.

The resort was terrific. You can’t beat waiters Porfirio, Jesus, Angel, Galdino, Carlos, Esperanza, Angelina (the maid) and everyone else for their service and attention to detail…..they are the best of the best. The Mexican restaurant (next door at El Dorado) was terrific.  We also appreciated Candida coming over and letting us paint bowls by the pool and in the breeze, without getting dressed and sweating over on the other side. He is precious, as well. Just FYI!

This was our first time to Hidden Beach and surprised at how much better the food was compared to Jamaica. The resort and staff were great with anything we wanted. The swim-up rooms are great for relaxing.We tried the Asian Restaurant at El Dorado and it was great. The food served at Hidden Beach was of an equal quality of the restaurants next door.

This was our first experience at a clothing optional resort. We really had a great time. In fac, we are planning on returning soon. We met several couples while there and had a great time with them. Everyone was friendly and the staff was excellent.

3rd trip, fantastic, already booked the 4th trip next May with castaways. Thank you to castaways for another great trip all went well, as usual, can't wait to see Hidden Beach after the renovations, and see the usual 2nd week of May crew, hi to all.

Hidden Beach is beautiful! Our room had an Ocean View and it was breathtaking. The atmosphere is subdued and slow moving. People and staff are friendly, but activities and involvement are limited and laid back. This is a quiet and beautiful place.

Great resort, great entertainment, good bands could start entertainment a little earlier in evening. wish the beach was nicer but water is warm and nice. food was very good I thought. Service was excellent throughout.
